• We hereby agree that I have gone through all policy (privacy , Refund , Terms & conditions as given in the website http://harinambhawan.co.in and after viewing all points I have paid all booking charges as full acceptance.
• We agree that the Unnecessary wastage of the electricity is national loss and against EPA terms of climate change..
• We agree that no our person will enter the premises in drunken condition or will consume liquor in side the premises which is strictly prohibited.
• We agree that no our person will smoke in side the premises, which is strictly prohibited.
• We agree that no our person will waste the food or throw the food on floor or any thins on food wastage which is against international law of food wastage.
• We agree that no our person will touch the electrical components or fire safety equipment as fitted in side the primises of the Harinam Plaza. if any things will happen it should be reported to Harinam Plaza security as well as attending electrical supervisor of the premises . BE ALART & BE SAFE FROM FIRE
• We agree that our number of invitee / person will not be more than the Hall capacity (ground Floor 120 + 1st Floor 60 + 2nd Floor 60 ) *150% and abode the law of west Bengal about maximum numberss of invitee in an event.
• We agree that no our person will throw the waste other than plastic dustbin and non plastic dustbin which will be provided our caterer.
• We agree and know that Harinam Plaza is neither lodge or hotel ( other than the Vanue of Event organised by Harinam Decor ) to stay and harinam plaza is not liable to report to local authority to fetch the identity particulars of the guest. .
• All the requisite permissions from the local authorities for organizing the event/programme shall be taken by the organizers well before the event and a copy of all these permissions to be submitted to the hotel before the start of the event.
• We agree that our own arrange caterer are abide with the required compliances of the norms & rules & regulation of FSSAI Food FoSCoS Registration – FSSAI / Food / FoSCoS.
• We agree that our own arrange cook man to warm up the externaly arranged food for invite inside pentery and vendor service room with the required compliances of the norms & rules & regulation of FSSAI Food FoSCoS Registration – FSSAI / Food / FoSCoS.
• No of our Invitee or personal of cook / caterer will park the vehicle (for wheeler two wheeler bicycle three wheel or any automotive) inside or outside street of the premises gate which is strictly prohibited by local peoples / authority . 
• We agree that our own arrange utensil vendor are abide with the required compliances of the norms & rules & regulation of FSSAI Food FoSCoS Registration – FSSAI / Food / FoSCoS..
• The emergency exits/fire exits of the hall / Harinam Plaza should not be blocked for safety reasons. However, anybody/anything obstructing the exits; the management will have the authority to forcibly clear these obstructions for the safety. At least two emergency exits back and side gate of the premises is required to keep safe exist passage.
• Whenever any temporary structure/hangar is to be erected for trade exhibitions/events at lawns/open areas, necessary permissions from the local authorities should be obtained by the organizers well before the start of the event. Fire retardant material shall be used and all the safety precautions/guidelines issued by the fire department should be observed by the organizers.
• The Harinam Plaza in no case shall be responsible for any damage/loss caused in any manner. The security should be deployed by the organizers around these areas to ensure safety. Adequate personnel will be deputed by the organizer for maintaining the cleanliness of such temporary structures/hangars and necessary coordination and support will be provided by Harinam Plaza housekeeping. The open areas will be brought to their original level of cleanliness by the organizer after dismantling.
• Wherever the generator or DG set are required/used for the events/exhibitions, etc. proper cabling with circuit breakers should be provided by the organizers. The organizers are requested to ensure the technician of the hired vendor to be available throughout the active event. The placement of the gen-sets will be informed to Harinam Plaza Chief Engineer & Chief Security Officer and the gensets will be removed immediately after the function.
• The Harinam Plazal shall allow only one welcome/information panel at the main gate of the Premises. Besides, panels on self mounted stands can be displayed around/near the hall/inside the hall without damaging any wall/ceiling/floor or obstructing any passage.
• Refund of Hall deposit security Money will executed only after issuance of the No damage certificate from Harinam Palaza, all Panel vendors of Harinam Decors and evacuation certificate of the event . 
• We agree to pay 100% advance at least seven days before the function through through online at harinam bhawan i.e. http://harinambhawan.co.in
• In case of any damage to the property of [Harinam Plaza/ Vendors of Harinam Decors] the party will bear the cost as fixed by the [Harinam Plaza/ Vendors of Harinam Decor] Management and will be settled by you before the closing of the function.
• All beverages will be charged as per actual consumption or package rate. Party is not allowed to bring any beverages and food items from outside.
• Music/DJ in the halls and open area/lawns is strictly prohibited by local peoples and local authority.
• The food & beverage shall be served till 11.30 pm and the hall shall be vacated by 12.00 midnight.
• Government Taxes and service charge would be charged extra as applicable.
• Advance & taxes as applicable would have to be borne and paid before the Front Office gives a room on a complimentary basis (wherever permissible).
• Smoking is not allowed at the venue.
• Force Majeure – Neither party shall be responsible for failure to perform this contract if circumstances beyond their control, including, but not limited to; acts of God, shortage of commodities or supplies to be furnished by the Plaza, governmental authority, or declared war in the country make it illegal or impossible for the Plaza to hold the event.
• You agree to begin your event promptly at the scheduled start time and agree to have your guests, invitees and other persons vacate the designated event space at the end time indicated on the final BEO.
• There may be increases in prices due to unforeseen changes in market conditions at the time of your event. We will communicate these increases to you in advance. We will require written confirmation that you agree to pay these increased prices. Alternatively, we, at our option, may in such event make reasonable substitutions in menus and you agree to accept such substitutions. 
• Any supplementary requirement is ought to be purchase/ & intimated to authority from http://harinambhan.co.in prior of 24 hours of event date start time 8 AM.
• Cash as well as any Payment to any person to staff of Harinam Plaza/ vendors or staff of Harinam decor is strictly prohibited. all payment should be executed online via http://harinambhawan.co.in only.
• The parties agree that any amendments or changes to the arrangements described in this contract must be made in writing, signed by both you and us, provided, however, that this contract includes all signed or unsigned banquet event orders (and the terms and conditions contained therein and attached thereto) issued by us for this and related events.

हम सहमत हैं और जानते हैं कि हरिनम प्लाजा ठहरने के लिए न तो लॉज या होटल है (हरिनाम डेकोर द्वारा आयोजित आयोजन के स्थान के अलावा) और हरिनम प्लाजा अतिथि के पहचान विवरण प्राप्त करने के लिए स्थानीय प्राधिकरण को रिपोर्ट करने के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं है। .
आयोजन/कार्यक्रम के आयोजन के लिए स्थानीय प्राधिकारियों से सभी आवश्यक अनुमतियाँ आयोजकों द्वारा आयोजन से काफी पहले ली जानी चाहिए और इन सभी अनुमतियों की एक प्रति कार्यक्रम शुरू होने से पहले होटल में जमा की जानी चाहिए।
हम सहमत हैं कि हमारे स्वयं के कैटरर FSSAI खाद्य FoSCoS पंजीकरण – FSSAI / खाद्य / FoSCoS के मानदंडों और नियमों और विनियमों के आवश्यक अनुपालन का पालन करते हैं।
हम इस बात से सहमत हैं कि हमारे स्वयं के अरेंज कुक FSSAI फ़ूड FoSCoS रजिस्ट्रेशन – FSSAI / फ़ूड / FoSCoS के मानदंडों और नियमों और विनियमों के आवश्यक अनुपालन का पालन करते हैं।
हमारे कोई भी आमंत्रित व्यक्ति या रसोइया / कैटरर का कोई भी वाहन परिसर के गेट के अंदर या बाहर सड़क के अंदर या बाहर पार्क नहीं करेगा, जो स्थानीय लोगों / प्राधिकरण द्वारा सख्त वर्जित है।
हम सहमत हैं कि हमारे स्वयं के बर्तन विक्रेता FSSAI खाद्य FoSCoS पंजीकरण – FSSAI / खाद्य / FoSCoS के मानदंडों और नियमों और विनियमों के आवश्यक अनुपालन का पालन करते हैं।
सुरक्षा कारणों से हॉल / हरिनम प्लाजा के आपातकालीन निकास / अग्नि निकास को अवरुद्ध नहीं किया जाना चाहिए। हालांकि, कोई भी/कुछ भी निकास में बाधा डालता है; प्रबंधन के पास सुरक्षा के लिए इन अवरोधों को जबरन हटाने का अधिकार होगा। कम से कम दो आपातकालीन निकास परिसर के पीछे और बगल के गेट को सुरक्षित अस्तित्व मार्ग रखने के लिए आवश्यक है।
जब भी लॉन/खुले क्षेत्रों में व्यापार प्रदर्शनियों/कार्यक्रमों के लिए कोई अस्थायी संरचना/हैंगर खड़ा किया जाना हो, तो आयोजकों द्वारा आयोजन की शुरुआत से काफी पहले स्थानीय अधिकारियों से आवश्यक अनुमति प्राप्त की जानी चाहिए। अग्निरोधी सामग्री का उपयोग किया जाना चाहिए और अग्निशमन विभाग द्वारा जारी सभी सुरक्षा सावधानियों/दिशानिर्देशों का आयोजकों द्वारा पालन किया जाना चाहिए।

हरिनम प्लाजा किसी भी स्थिति में किसी भी प्रकार से हुई क्षति/नुकसान के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा। सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए इन क्षेत्रों के आसपास आयोजकों द्वारा सुरक्षा तैनात की जानी चाहिए। ऐसे अस्थायी ढांचों/हैंगरों की सफाई बनाए रखने के लिए आयोजक द्वारा पर्याप्त कर्मियों की प्रतिनियुक्ति की जाएगी और हरिनम प्लाजा हाउसकीपिंग द्वारा आवश्यक समन्वय और सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी। खुले क्षेत्रों को तोड़ने के बाद आयोजक द्वारा स्वच्छता के अपने मूल स्तर पर लाया जाएगा।
जहां कहीं भी जेनरेटर या डीजी सेट की आवश्यकता होती है/कार्यक्रमों/प्रदर्शनियों आदि के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है, आयोजकों द्वारा सर्किट ब्रेकरों के साथ उचित केबलिंग प्रदान की जानी चाहिए। आयोजकों से अनुरोध है कि वे यह सुनिश्चित करें कि किराए के विक्रेता का तकनीशियन पूरे सक्रिय आयोजन के दौरान उपलब्ध रहे। हरिनम प्लाजा के मुख्य अभियंता और मुख्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी को जेनसेट लगाने की सूचना दी जाएगी और समारोह के तुरंत बाद जेनसेट को हटा दिया जाएगा।
हरिनम प्लाजा परिसर के मुख्य द्वार पर केवल एक स्वागत/सूचना पैनल की अनुमति देगा। इसके अलावा, सेल्फ माउंटेड स्टैंडों पर पैनल हॉल के आसपास/पास/हॉल के अंदर बिना किसी दीवार/छत/फर्श को नुकसान पहुंचाए या किसी मार्ग को बाधित किए बिना प्रदर्शित किए जा सकते हैं।
हॉल जमा सुरक्षा राशि की वापसी हरिनम पलाजा, हरिनम डेकोर के सभी पैनल विक्रेताओं और घटना के निकासी प्रमाण पत्र से नो डैमेज सर्टिफिकेट जारी करने के बाद ही निष्पादित की जाएगी।
हम समारोह से कम से कम सात दिन पहले हरिनम भवन यानी http://harinambhawan.co.in पर ऑनलाइन के माध्यम से 100% अग्रिम भुगतान करने के लिए सहमत हैं।

[हरिनाम प्लाजा/हरिनाम डेकोर के विक्रेताओं] की संपत्ति को किसी भी नुकसान के मामले में पार्टी [हरिनाम प्लाजा/हरिनाम डेकोर के विक्रेता] प्रबंधन द्वारा तय की गई लागत को वहन करेगी और समारोह के समापन से पहले आपके द्वारा तय की जाएगी। .
सभी पेय पदार्थों से वास्तविक खपत या पैकेज दर के अनुसार शुल्क लिया जाएगा। पार्टी को बाहर से कोई पेय पदार्थ और खाद्य पदार्थ लाने की अनुमति नहीं है।
स्थानीय लोगों और स्थानीय प्राधिकरण द्वारा हॉल और खुले क्षेत्र / लॉन में संगीत/डीजे सख्त वर्जित है।
भोजन और पेय रात 11.30 बजे तक परोसा जाएगा और हॉल मध्यरात्रि 12.00 बजे तक खाली कर दिया जाएगा।
सरकारी कर और सेवा शुल्क लागू होने पर अतिरिक्त शुल्क लिया जाएगा।
